Appellant seeks review of an order denying his motion for post-conviction relief, pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. We conclude that one of appellant's claims of ineffective assistance of counsel is facially sufficient, and the claim was not refuted by the portions of the record attached to the order.
