¶ 1 The defendant, Douglas DeVore, was charged by information in the District Court for the Thirteenth Judicial District in Yellowstone County with attempted deliberate homicide, assault, criminal endangerment, and resisting arrest. After a three-day jury trial, DeVore was convicted of all counts except the criminal endangerment charge. DeVore appeals his conviction. We vacate the judgment of the District Court and remand to the District Court...
