SONNER, Judge.

Appellant, Janice Killian, was terminated form her employment on December 23, 1994. Subsequently, she filed a Charge of Discrimination with the Equal Employment Opportunities Commission (EEOC) against her former employer. On the pre-printed charge form, Mrs. Killian checked the box titled "retaliation," to indicate the basis of her cause of discrimination, but she did not check the box titled "sex."
