Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Karl A. Basile, San Antonio, for appellants.

John D. Ellis, Jr., Houston, Fred E. Davis, Davis & Davis, Austin, Errol John Dietze, Dietze & Reese, Cuero, for appellees.

Before DORSEY, FEDERICO G. HINOJOSA, Jr., and RODRIGUEZ, JJ.
