Nationwide Mutual Fire Insurance Company has appealed from an order granting a new trial in appellee Elaine Bryson's action to recover on a fire insurance policy issued by appellant. At trial, appellant defended appellee's claim on the ground that the property had burned as a result of arson caused by appellee or by someone on her behalf.
