SENTER, Chief Judge.

This cause is before the court upon post-verdict motions by both the defendant and the plaintiff. A jury trial was held on May 18, 19, and 20, 1997, on the admiralty claims of the plaintiff. At the conclusion of the trial, the jury returned verdicts in favor of the defendant on the plaintiff's claims of Jones Act negligence, of unseaworthiness, and for damages and attorneys' fees for willful failure to pay maintenance...
