Appellant, Seminole County, appeals an order awarding appellee, M.G. Investments of Orlando, Inc., attorney's fees in the amount of $126,475. The fees were awarded following a condemnation proceeding pursuant to section 73.092(1)(a), Florida Statutes (1995).
