MURRAY, Judge.

The State of Louisiana seeks this Court's supervisory jurisdiction pursuant to the district court's findings of no probable cause as to defendants, Bernard Bradford and Shanika Baxter, and the suppression of evidence against them. For the following reasons we affirm the suppression of the evidence as to Ms. Baxter, and reverse as to Mr. Bradford.
