Appellants, Robert D. Harman, Dorothy Harman, and their minor son, Christopher, appeal from the judgment entered on March 3, 1997. For the following reasons, we vacate the judgment entered in favor of CHOP, Dr. Parks and Dr. Bernbaum and remand for further proceedings consistent with this Opinion.
