MONTEMURO, Judge:
This is an appeal from an order entering summary judgment in favor of the defendants in a medical malpractice action.
On February 17, 1984, minor Plaintiff/Appellant Daniel Checcio was born a month prematurely by Caesarian section at Appellee Frankford Hospital. Only minutes after birth the child began exhibiting signs of respiratory distress, later diagnosed as due to hyaline membrane disease.
