Plaintiff, BCGS, foreclosed on the mortgage it held on the residential property of the mortgagor, defendant Leonard Jaster. BCGS is not a party to this appeal. At the time of foreclosure, defendant Elizabeth L. Krueger, P.C. (Krueger), held a junior lien on the property. Jaster allowed the redemption period to lapse and subsequently offered the successful bid to purchase the property at the judicial foreclosure sale...
