[¶ 1] Two Lights Lobster Shack, Inc. ("The Lobster Shack"), a Cape Elizabeth restaurant, appeals from a judgment entered in Superior Court (Cumberland County, Mills, J.) affirming the decision of the Cape Elizabeth Zoning Board of Appeals.
