Peggy Tucker appeals a take-nothing judgment in favor of Terminix International Company (hereinafter "Terminix"). By six points of error, Tucker maintains that the court erred in instructing the jury on spoliation of evidence, admitting evidence of prior settlement negotiations, instructing the jury on mitigation of damages, and allowing improper jury argument, and she challenges the factual sufficiency of the evidence respecting...
