Appellants, Juan Lozano, Sr., Blanca Lozano, Monica Lozano, Eduardo "Alex" Lozano, and Sandra Lozano Warner, appeal from an adverse jury verdict finding them liable for interference with the possessory rights1 of appellee, Deana Warner ("Deana"), and for defamation.
