This is an appeal from an order of the Sebastian County Circuit Court, which granted the appellee's motion to dismiss appellant's complaint for lack of subject-matter jurisdiction pursuant to Ark. R. Civ. P. 12(b)(1). The court held that jurisdiction for appellant's claims lies in the Workers' Compensation Commission. We agree and affirm.
