Today we consider a third appeal stemming from the conviction and exceptional sentencing of Billy Wayne Worl for malicious harassment and attempted murder in a racially motivated "skin-head" attack on an African-American victim. We decide whether the trial court erred when calculating his offender score or ordering a consecutive sentence after State v. Worl, 129 Wn.2d 416, 918 P.2d 905
