Appellant Ronnie Lee Bowling was convicted in the Laurel Circuit Court of two counts of murder, two counts of first-degree robbery, and two counts of first-degree burglary. He was sentenced to death for the murder convictions and to twenty years in prison for each of the robbery and burglary convictions. His convictions and sentences were affirmed by this Court on April 24, 1997, and his petition for rehearing...
