This is an unemployment compensation benefits case. The claimant was dismissed from her job as a result of several instances of arriving late for work and absence from work. The Administrator for the Office of Employment Security determined that the dismissal was a result of misconduct by the claimant so that the claimant is disqualified from receiving unemployment compensation benefits.
