Fred Lee Thompson appeals from a conviction for the offense of murder. Appellant waived his right to a jury trial and entered a plea of guilty pursuant to a plea bargain. In accordance with the plea bargain, the trial court assessed punishment at imprisonment for a term of ten years to run concurrently with another sentence.
