Defendant appeals her conviction for possession of a schedule II controlled substance. ORS 475.992(1). We reverse.

The pertinent facts in this case are undisputed. Defendant was a passenger in a pick-up truck that was stopped in a driveway in southeast Portland by Portland police sergeant Larsen for failure to signal for a turn.
