The defendant, Hilda Taylor Perritt, Mayor of the City of Ruston, appeals from a trial court judgment denying her petition for attorney fees and costs following the dismissal of a rule for contempt filed against her by the City of Ruston. The City of Ruston, and the city attorney, Oscar Barnes, III, also appeal, seeking damages for a frivolous appeal.
