PLOTKIN, Judge.

Officers Keith Sholes and Kevin Thomas appeal a judgment of the New Orleans Civil Service Commission dismissing their appeal of a Civil Service judge's decision upholding a 10-day suspension for neglect of duty and lack of truthfulness imposed by the appointing authority, Department of Police. We affirm.
