Plaintiffs/Appellants, Benoit Stein, individually and as natural tutor for his minor daughter, Rhiannon Marie Stein, and Lynn Stein filed suit against St. Bernard United Methodist Church (St.Bernard) and Reverend E.J. Martin on October 18, 1994. The petition alleges that the former pastor of St. Bernard United Methodist Church, (i.e., Rev.E.J.Martin) sexually molested the plaintiffs' minor daughter.
