A jury convicted Domingo Rivera Hernandez of aggravated sexual assault of a child, indecency with a child by contact, and indecency with a child by exposure. Tex. Penal Code Ann. §§ 22.021(a)(1)(B), 21.11(a)(1), & 21.11(a)(2) (West 1994 & Supp.1998).
