The facts of this case are not in dispute. Appellant Thomas Nelson ("Nelson") insured two vehicles on a policy provided by respondent California State Automobile Association Inter-Insurance Bureau ("CSAA"). This policy provided uninsured motorist ("UM") coverage in the amount of $15,000.00 per person and $30,000.00 per accident, for which Nelson paid a premium of $60.00 per vehicle.
