Plaintiff/Appellant, Richard Sanderson, seeks review of the trial court judgment granting the Appellee's Exception of Prescription, which held that conversion is the sole remedy for this bank customer because he did not sufficiently plead a breach of contract in his Supplemental and Amending Petition.
