¶ 1 Shortly before midnight on October 21, 1994, Robert Lee entered Terminal 3 at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport carrying a fairly new, hard-sided suitcase. He stopped a few feet in front of the American Trans Air ticket counter and put the bag down. Moments later, Myrtis Harrison hurried into the terminal, walked directly to the counter, and purchased two tickets on a flight leaving within minutes for Chicago. Lee joined...
