{1} Lisa Cline (Defendant) was convicted of possession of cocaine discovered when a police officer, acting without a warrant, opened a zippered cosmetics pouch taken from her bedroom. The officer got the pouch from Defendant's husband who told the officer there were drugs inside and consented to the search.
