Alphonsia Canty (Canty) appeals the denial of his second motion filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. We affirm.

A jury found Canty guilty of attempted first-degree premeditated murder. Canty committed this crime on October 24, 1982, in Duval County, while he was on parole from a ninety-nine year sentence for armed robbery.
