Robert and Wanda Laseter (plaintiffs) appeal a judgment dismissing their amended petition against Louis Griffin (defendant). The amended petition alleged that plaintiffs' crops were damaged because spray intended for defendant's property was negligently applied; that the spray drifted onto plaintiffs' property.
