PER CURIAM:

This court is asked to determine whether a district court can consider a father's conduct during the mother's pregnancy as evidence of his intent to abandon the child. Having reviewed the briefs and having had the benefit of oral argument of counsel, we affirm the district court's order terminating appellant's parental rights, and hold that a district court may consider a father's pre-birth conduct as a factor establishing jurisdictional...
