Appellant, pursuant to a plea bargain agreement, entered a plea of guilty to an indictment charging the felony offense of engaging in organized criminal activity (TEX. PENAL CODE ANN. § 71.02), the predicate offense being theft (TEX.PENAL CODE ANN. § 31.03).
