OPINION

DYCHE, Judge.

Dr. Robert K. Landrum appeals the Franklin Circuit Court's granting of Dr. Thomas G. Braun's motion to dismiss. We affirm.

Landrum was employed as a visiting professor of business at Kentucky State University from the years 1989 to 1991. During the summer of 1990 Landrum sought to change his status to tenure track.
