Kentucky Hospital Association Trust (KHAT) appeals from an opinion and order of the Jefferson Circuit Court granting summary judgment for the appellee, Chicago Insurance Company (CIC). KHAT and CIC both insured Duncan Asher (Asher), a pharmacist at Pineville Community Hospital (Pineville).
