The Civil Service Commission of St. Louis County ("Commission") appeals from the circuit court's order remanding the case to the Commission for further hearings. We conclude that the decision of the circuit court to remand the matter to the Commission is not a final judgment and dismiss the appeal for lack of jurisdiction.1
