Defendants, the Summit County entities (Summit County) and Utelite Corporation (Utelite), jointly appeal from several trial court rulings. Defendants appeal from a partial summary judgment order entered by Judge Wilkinson in favor of Jane Harper, Richard D. Harper, Frank Cattelan, and Richard Richins (plaintiffs).
