Appellant Tom Davis was convicted of the offense of robbery. See Tex. Penal Code Ann. § 29.02 (West 1994). The jury assessed appellant's punishment, enhanced by two prior felony convictions, at imprisonment for seventy-five years. Appellant asserts that the trial court erred (1) in charging the jury in the disjunctive and in failing to require the State to prove a descriptive averment, and (2) in sustaining a hearsay objection...
