On July 14, 1992, a jury found Mark E. Graham guilty of three counts of sodomy in violation of § 566.060, RSMo 1986. On each count, the jury assessed punishment for a term of twenty years. On September 11, 1992, Mr. Graham was sentenced by the trial court to three consecutive terms of twenty years imprisonment, for a total of sixty years imprisonment.
