Larry Bryant Henderson appeals his conviction by a jury of aggravated robbery and the jury's deadly weapon finding. The court, finding an enhancement paragraph to be true, assessed his punishment at thirty-five years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
