Plaintiff brought claims for damages for employment discrimination, breach of contract and intentional infliction of emotional distress. The trial court granted summary judgment to defendants Ezra Koch and Bob Emrick on the discrimination claim. ORCP 47. It also granted summary judgment on the breach of contract and the infliction of emotional distress claims as to all defendants. The employment discrimination claim went to trial.
