OPINION
PER CURIAM.
Gerald Christian Farley appeals from his conviction and seventy-five year sentence for burglary of a habitation. On appeal, he contends that the trial court erred and abused its discretion both in refusing his requested jury instruction and charge on the lesser included offense of sexual assault and in overruling his objection to the charge on that basis.
