Wanda Wynder, on behalf of herself and daughter Chelsea Jene Wynder, filed suit against Royal Ford Lincoln Mercury, Inc. (hereinafter "Royal") following the death of her husband, Larry T. Wynder, Jr., seeking workers' compensation benefits. Wanda Wynder alleged that her husband, an employee of Royal, was acting in the course and scope of his employment at the time of his death.
