The trial court granted the defendants' motion for summary judgment and dismissed plaintiff-appellant, Raquel Guichard's claim for constructive discharge based on age, race, color, or national origin, and/or religious discrimination as well as intentional and/or negligent infliction of emotional distress. Plaintiff appeals. We affirm.
