PER CURIAM.
The primary issue in this case is whether we have jurisdiction over an appeal of a trial court's order denying a motion to compel arbitration under the Texas Arbitration Act in the absence of a dissent in the court of appeals or the court of appeals holding differently than a prior decision of another court of appeals or this Court. Because we conclude that we do not, we dismiss the application for writ of error for want of jurisdiction.
