HINOJOSA, Justice.

Appellee, Clifford McKenzie, sued appellants, S.I. Choi, individually, and Choi's Fitness, Inc., d/b/a/ Choi's Tae Kwon Do Karate Studio & Judo Academy,1 for breach of contract and fraudulent inducement to contract. A jury found appellants had breached an oral agreement and defrauded McKenzie. The jury found McKenzie had suffered damages, and the trial court signed a judgment reflecting the jury...
