Defendants appeal from a judgment for plaintiff in the amount of $225,500, comprising (1) $100,000 for "the total purchase price for all of plaintiff's right, title and interest in Inmar Associates[, Inc.]" (Inmar), (2) $100,000, "representing damages for equitable fraud," based on plaintiff's payment of an overvalued purchase price for his interest in Inmar, and (3) prejudgment interest on the equitable fraud...
