We accepted this interlocutory appeal to resolve a challenge to the Superior Court's subject matter jurisdiction. The Superior Court determined that it is a "state court of competent jurisdiction" within the meaning of a statute authorizing the Attorney General to bring actions to enforce various consumer fraud and deceptive trade practice statutes.
