Appellant, Willie Bisbee, appeals his conviction and sentence for sexual battery upon a person less than 12 years of age. Appellant contends that the trial court improperly excluded evidence of a prior molestation of the child victim, that the trial court abused its discretion when it ruled simultaneously that appellant could introduce the victim's taped interview as impeachment evidence and the State could introduce (in rebuttal) the victim's prior consistent...
