Appellant/Cross-Appellee, Mike Smith Pontiac, GMC, Inc., (MSP) appeals from a judgment granting the Motion for Order Declaring Judgment Satisfied and Releasing Property from Levy1 filed by Appellee/Cross-Appellant, Mercedes-Benz of North America (MBNA).
