Aultman, an inmate at Gulf Correctional Institute, challenges the denial of his petition for writ of mandamus, which seeks to direct the respondent, the Department of Corrections (DOC), to expunge a disciplinary report from his record. We find that the trial court erred in denying the petition where DOC failed to properly process appellant's grievance.
